Coffee Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. strong coffee (left from the morning brew, room temperature)
    1 chocolate cookie pie crust
    1 sq. semi-sweet baking chocolate, melted
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese and sugar in bowl with electric mixer.
    Add eggs and coffee; mix until well blended.
    Pour into crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes until center almost set.
    Cool on wire rack.
    Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
