Jellied Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. jellied cranberry sauce
1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 c. cold water
1/2 c. diced apple
1/4 c. diced celery
dash of salt
3/4 c. crushed pineapple, drained
1 tsp. grated orange rind
1/4 c. walnuts
Preparation

Mash cranberry sauce with fork and heat to boiling point.
Add Jell-O and stir until dissolved.
Add cold water and salt.
Stir well.
Pour into a clear dish or mold and chill until partly thickened, 30 minutes.
Fold in remaining ingredients and chill until firm, 3 to 4 hours.
