Rye And Rice Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. rye flour
1/2 c. rice flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. oil
1 c. water
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients well.
Pour oil and water into dry ingredients together.
Mix quickly until smooth.
Makes 12 small muffins.
May use paper cups or lightly oiled muffin tin.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
May add 1/4 cup diced fruit for variety.
