Sour Cream Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. butter
3 c. sugar
3 c. cake flour
6 eggs, separated
8 oz. sour cream
1/4 tsp. soda
Preparation

Cream the butter and sugar; add egg yolks one at a time, then add flour and sour cream, starting with flour and ending with flour.
Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into batter.
Bake 1 1/2 hours at 300\u00b0 in a large tube pan.
