Mousecapades - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. powdered sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (soft)
    dash of salt
    shredded coconut or chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cream together sugar and cream cheese until well blended. Stir in vanilla and salt.
    Shape into tiny balls and roll in coconut or pecans.
    Let set a few minutes before serving.
