Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 yeast cake, dissolved in 1 1/2 c. lukewarm water
    4 c. plain flour, sifted before measuring
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. shortening
    1 egg white
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat shortening into sugar and unbeaten egg whites.
    Beat thoroughly, the mix this with yeast mixture.
    Sift flour and salt; stir in gradually into yeast mixture.
    Mix well.
    Put in bowl to rise.
    Do not knead.
    Make in rolls about 1 hour before baking. Will keep several days in refrigerator.
