Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. crushed pineapple and juice
    5 c. mashed sweet potatoes
    1/4 c. unsalted nuts
    1/2 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 lb. miniature marshmallows
    butter
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Preparation
    Mix potatoes, pineapple, nuts, salt and sugar.
    Make 3 layers of potato mixture with marshmallows between each layer.
    Top with lots of butter and more sugar.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Yields 10 servings.
    This freezes well.
