Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten
2 c. rice, cooked
2/3 c. sugar
1 1/3 c. milk
1/2 c. raisins
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Mix together eggs, rice, sugar and milk.
Add raisins, vanilla and nutmeg.
Melt margarine in baking dish, then pour in mixture. Bake, uncovered, in 375\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
