Sausage Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, beaten
    2 c. milk
    4 slices white bread, cubed without crusts
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 lb. sausage (can substitute 1 lb. cubed ham or chopped smokey links)
    8 oz. shredded yellow cheese
Preparation
    Brown sausage and drain.
    Mix eggs, milk, salt and mustard. Add cubed bread and stir.
    Add cheese and sausage.
    Refrigerate for several hours.
    Bake in a glass 8 x 12-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
    Let stand a few minutes before serving.
