Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots, sliced
    1 Tbsp. powdered sugar
    a little salt
    3/4 stick butter
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation
    Cook carrots with powdered sugar and salt until tender (do not overcook).
    Drain.
    Melt butter with cheese over very low heat. Stir to prevent sticking.
    Place carrots in flat baking dish and cover with cheese mixture.
    Sprinkle with Ritz cracker crumbs. Dot with more butter.
    Place in oven and bake until heated through.
