Baked Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fish fillets
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. grated onion
Preparation
    If fish fillets are large, cut into 5 or 6 serving pieces. Sprinkle both sides of fish with salt and pepper.
    Mix butter, lemon juice and onion. Dip fish into butter mixture. Arrange in ungreased square pan, 9 x 9 x 2-inch.
    Pour remaining butter mixture over fish.
    Cook, uncovered, in a 350\u00b0 oven until fish flakes easily with fork, 25 to 30 minutes.
    Sprinkle with paprika, if desired.
    Makes 5 to 6 servings.
