Pineapple Beets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 (8 oz.) can pineapple tidbits (undrained)
    1 (16 oz.) can sliced beets, drained
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine first four ingredients in a saucepan.
    Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until thick (about 2 minutes).
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Yields 4 to 5 servings.
