German Kuchen - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1 c. warm water
    3 1/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. margarine (1 stick)
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
    4 eggs (unbeaten)
