Tacos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 chopped green pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/8 to 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In 2-quart casserole, break up ground beef in very small chunks. Add onion, green pepper and garlic. Cover.
    Microwave on High (10) for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring after 3 minutes. Drain well.
    Add tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, chili powder and salt. Cover and microwave on High (10) for 5 to 6 minutes, stirring after 3 minutes.
