Sweet Potatoes Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
2 c. miniature marshmallows
3/4 stick butter
1 c. cream
2 eggs
1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

Melt butter and marshmallows; mix with mixer the remaining ingredients and add to melted butter mixture.
Pour into casserole and bake 20 minutes at 400\u00b0.
