Christmas Fruit Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 c. diced candied fruit
1 c. finely chopped dried apricots
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Bring to a boil in medium saucepan over low heat the following:
brown sugar and evaporated milk.
Keep stirring constantly until sugar dissolves.
Remove from heat.
Add candied fruit, apricots and pecans into the saucepan.
Stir these ingredients well.
Cool.
Then shape into 1/2-inch balls.
Roll in shredded coconut.
Makes 4 dozen balls.
