Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. carrots, sliced, peeled and boiled
1 green pepper
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
3/4 c. vinegar
1 medium onion
1 can tomato soup
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. salad oil
Preparation

Combine soup, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, salt and vinegar; pour over warm carrots, garnished with sliced peppers and onions.
Sounds weird but delicious and very colorful.
