Linda'S Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sausage
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    6 slices fresh bread, cubed
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    7 eggs
    1 1/4 tsp. mustard (dry)
    1 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Fry sausage and onion.
    Drain fat.
    Layer sausage in pan, 13 x 9-inches.
    Layer bread cubes over sausage.
    Sprinkle cheese over bread.
    Mix eggs, dry mustard, salt and milk.
    Pour over top. Refrigerate overnight.
    In the morning bake 1 hour at 355\u00b0 or until firm.
    Serves 5.
