Dovie'S Lemon Pie(Old Family Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    butter, the size of an egg (2 to 2 1/2 Tbsp.)
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 eggs
    juice of 1 lemon
    grated lemon rind and water to rinse dish
    1 (9-inch) pie crust
Preparation
    Cream butter with sugar.
    Add flour, mixing well.
    Add eggs, one at a time.
    Add lemon, rind and water.
    Pour into an unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until filling is set in the center.
    A layer of sponge cake will be on the top.
