Oven Fried Fish(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fish fillets, thawed
    lemon juice
    1 1/2 c. cornflake crumbs
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Dip fish in lemon juice.
    Combine crumbs, salt and pepper. Coat fish with crumb mixture.
    Place in buttered glass dish. Sprinkle with paprika and cover with waxed paper.
    Cook 6 to 7 minutes until fish flakes easily.
    Let stand 2 minutes before serving.
