Corn Scallop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (17 oz.) can creamed corn
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. crushed soda crackers
    1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1/4 c. evaporated milk
    1/4 c. shredded carrot
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper (optional)
    1 Tbsp. chopped celery
    1 tsp. minced onion
    6 drops Tabasco sauce
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Combine corn and all remaining ingredients, except cheese. Mix thoroughly and turn into greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish. Top with cheese and sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until mixture is set and top is golden brown.
