Gold And White Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. shredded carrots
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    2 c. cooked rice
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Steam carrots for 5 minutes in 1/4 cup water.
    With fork, combine carrots, onion, rice, eggs and cheese. Spoon into greased casserole.
    Bake 25 minutes.
