Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    beef roast (size for people to be served)
    Hidden Valley original dressing
    flour, salt and pepper
    1 can mushroom soup
Preparation
    Brown roast that has been rubbed with flour, salt and pepper. Sprinkle ove roast the dressing.
    Pour over roast the soup.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, then drop to 250\u00b0 until done.
    (Total cooking time usually takes 1 hour per pound of roast.)
