Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. creamed corn
1 c. yellow corn meal
1/2 tsp. soda
3/4 c. buttermilk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. cooking oil
1 egg
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
Preparation

Beat egg and add corn, oil and milk.
Put in dry ingredients and add peppers and half of the cheese mix.
Bake 30 minutes at 400\u00b0.
When brown, spread rest of cheese on top and melt.
