Tennessee Baked Ham - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 country ham (10 to 12 lb.)
1 c. firmly packed dark brown sugar
1 Tbsp. pepper
water
dry bread crumbs
4 c. yellow corn meal
Preparation

Soak ham overnight in cold water.
Drain; wipe dry.
Mix corn meal with brown sugar and pepper.
Add enough water to make a clay like paste.
