Pear Mincemeat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 1/2 lb. pears
    3 oranges
    1 lemon
    1 apple
    1 Tbsp. cloves
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. allspice
    2 lb. raisins
    5 lb. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Peel and core pears.
    Remove seeds but not peelings from oranges, lemon and apple.
    Grind and mix with other ingredients. Boil for 1 1/2 hours.
    Pack into hot, clean jars and seal.
