Spiced Fruit Compote - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. mixed dried fruit
    1 large can pears (halves)
    2 cinnamon sticks
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    dash of ground cloves
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Place pears and dried fruit in casserole dish.
    Place juice of pears in separate bowl and add cinnamon, cloves, sugar and lemon juice.
    Pour over pears and fruit.
    Add cinnamon sticks.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    (May put dried fruit in microwave to plump with 1 cup water for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
    Drain.
    Shortens baking time to 30 minutes.)
