Chili I - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can tomatoes
    2 cans water
    1 medium onion
    4 Tbsp. mustard
    3 lb. ground beef
    1 (16 oz.) bottle catsup
    2 oz. chili powder
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Brown meat.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Cook over low heat for 1 hour.
