Date Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. flour (plain)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. chopped dates
    1 c. broken nut meats
    whipped cream
Preparation
    Beat eggs and sugar until light.
    Add sifted dry ingredients. Stir in dates and nuts.
    Turn into greased 8-inch square pan and bake in pan of hot water at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serve warm; top with whipped cream.
    Serves 6.
