Chili Frittata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 eggs
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/3 tsp. salt
    1 pt. small curd cottage cheese (16 oz.)
    3/4 lb. Jack or Swiss cheese, grated
    1/3 c. butter, melted
    6 oz. green chilies, diced
Preparation
    Beat eggs with mixer.
    Add flour, baking powder, salt and cottage cheese.
    Stir in Jack or Swiss cheese, melted butter and chilies.
    Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with Pam.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until golden on top and knife comes out clean.
    Good with salsa and sour cream.
    Serves 20.
