Mom'S Green Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    1 pkg. broccoli, thawed and chopped
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. water chestnuts, chopped
    1 small jar Cheez Whiz
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
    2 cans water
Preparation
    Pour rice on the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Add thawed broccoli on top.
    Add water chestnuts and celery.
    Mix the cheese into this, then the soup and butter.
    Add 2 cans of water.
    Cover with foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
