Crispy Baked Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 skinned chicken breasts
cornflake crumbs
1 c. skim milk
seasoning (if desired)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
Rinse and dry chicken.
Season.
Dip each piece in milk.
Shake to remove excess and roll in the crumbs. Let stand briefly so coating will adhere.
Line pan with foil and spray with Pam for easy clean-up.
Place chicken on foil and bake 45 minutes or more.
Crumbs will form a crisp \"skin.\"
