Tomato Juice Cocktail - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 qt. cut tomatoes
    2 c. celery, chop fine
    2 large green peppers, chopped
    2 medium onions, chopped
    3 tsp. horseradish
    5 tsp. sugar
    9 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cook all together, strain and reheat.
    Bottle while hot. Makes 6 quarts.
