Squash And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. zucchini squash
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    mild cheese
    1 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation
    Parboil squash in salted water 5 minutes; drain and mix in onion and place in casserole.
    Beat eggs, salt and pepper and pour over squash.
    Top with cheese, then corn flakes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
