Crispy Ranch Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. crushed Ranch flavored potato chips
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    6 skinned and boned chicken breast halves
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Place potato chips on a sheet of wax paper. Stir in pepper. Coat chicken breasts in mayonnaise.
    Roll in chips until coated. Arrange chicken on lightly greased rack of a broiler pan or cookie sheet.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until chicken is golden brown and done.
    Yields 6 servings.
