Homemade Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    3 c. milk
    3 c. whipping cream
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat eggs until foamy.
    Gradually add sugar.
    Beat until thickened.
    Add milk, cream, vanilla and salt.
    Mix thoroughly; chill.
    Pour in freezer.
    Makes enough for 4 quart freezer.
