Corn And Bacon Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. self-rising flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. imitation bacon bits
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. canned creamed corn
    2 eggs, lightly beaten
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Spray twelve 2 1/4-inch muffin cups with nonstick spray.
    In a large bowl, combine flour and salt. Add bacon bits and stir to combine.
    In medium bowl, combine milk, corn, eggs, and margarine.
    Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients.
    Stir just until combined.
