Chicken Chow Mein - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. chopped, cooked chicken
1 Tbsp. oil
1 clove garlic
1 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 (13 3/4 oz.) can chicken broth
1 can chow mein vegetables, drained
1 can chow mein noodles
Preparation

Saute onion and garlic in oil until tender.
Add salt.
Mix chicken broth, soy sauce and cornstarch.
Add to skillet.
Stir until mixture thickens.
Add chicken and vegetables and heat through.
Serve over rice or chow mein noodles.
Sprinkle with noodles and additional soy sauce, if desired.
