Peanut Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. sugar
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
    4 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. margarine
    1 c. peanuts
Preparation
    Bring sugar and evaporated milk to a boil in saucepan.
    Boil for 6 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in chocolate chips, vanilla, margarine and peanuts.
    Beat until thickened and creamy.
    Pour into buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cool. Cut into squares.
    Store in airtight container in refrigerator. May substitute peanut butter chips for chocolate chips.
    Yield: 80 servings.
