Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cooked zucchini, mashed and drained
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 c. scalded milk
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Pour in an unbaked pie shell. Sprinkle with cinnamon or nutmeg.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
