Raspberry Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. margarine or butter
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 c. oatmeal (uncooked)
    1 (10 to 12 oz.) jar raspberry preserves
Preparation
    Cream margarine or butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
    Combine flour, salt, soda and oatmeal and add to first mixture; mix well.
    Press half mixture into greased 9 x 13-inch pan; pack well.
    Spread raspberry preserves.
    Top with remaining crumb mixture.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
