Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken, cooked and deboned
    1 stick margarine
    1 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix, cooked as directed on pkg.
    2 c. broth from cooked chicken
    1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    pepper to taste (if needed)
Preparation
    Crumble cornbread; melt margarine and mix along with poultry seasoning and pepper.
    Divide in three parts.
    Mix both soups and broth well.
    Line bottom of casserole dish with 1/3 of crumbs. Spread 1/2 of chicken over crumbs.
    Pour 1/2 of soup and broth mix over this.
    Repeat this with
    another layer of crumbs, chicken and soup.
    Sprinkle top with remaining crumbs.
