Charla'S Wild Rice With Sausage(Makes 6 To 8 Large Portions) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Polska kielbasa sausage
    1 medium onion
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. Cajun hot sauce
    salt and black pepper to taste
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 large bell pepper
    4 oz. sliced mushrooms
    1/2 c. green onion with green spears
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. dried parsley
    1 box long grain wild rice
Preparation
    Slice sausage.
    Dice all onions and bell pepper.
    Drain mushrooms.
    Cook margarine, onions and bell pepper in a skillet until tender.
    Add garlic powder, parsley, salt, black pepper and sausage.
    Cover and simmer, about 20 minutes or until sausage is done.
