Hot German Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium potatoes, cook, peel and dice
1 stalk celery, dice
2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
1 onion, minced
4 slices bacon, diced
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
2 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Lightly toss first 4 ingredients together in bowl.
Fry bacon until brown.
Stir sugar, salt, pepper and dry mustard into vinegar and water.
Add to beaten eggs and mix well.
Pour egg mixture into hot bacon and fat and stir until mixture thickens, about 10 minutes.
Pour over potato mixture and toss lightly. Serve hot or cold.
