Cheese Tarts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 eggs, beaten until fluffy
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    vanilla wafer crumbs
Preparation
    Cream together cheese and sugar.
    Add beaten eggs.
    Add vanilla.
    Mix well.
    Line small muffin tins with paper liners. Add small amount crumbs to each liner.
    Fill 2/3 full with mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Turn oven off.
    Let tarts remain in oven 20 minutes.
