Mushroom Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 onion, chopped
    1 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, chopped
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 (16 oz.) can beef broth or 2 bouillon cubes, dissolved in 2 c. water
    1 can evaporated milk
    3 bay leaves
Preparation
    In a 2-quart saucepan, melt margarine.
    Add onion and mushrooms and brown until tender.
    Stir in flour, using a fork to prevent lumps.
    Slowly add broth and milk, stirring constantly. Add bay leaves.
    Simmer on low heat until thickened.
    Remove bay leaves before serving.
    Serves 4; 367 calories per serving.
