Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. mashed cooked sweet potatoes (put through colander for smooth texture)
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
2 eggs, well beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. milk (optional)
Topping (recipe follows)
Preparation

Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla and milk; mix well. Spoon into a 2-quart casserole. Cover with topping. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
