Mini Blintzes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 loaf white bread (1 lb. 6 oz.)
    1 lb. cream cheese
    1/2 lb. butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    cinnamon
    2 egg yolks
Preparation
    Melt butter in a saucepan.
    Add cinnamon and 1/4 cup sugar. Let cool.
    Combine egg yolks, cream cheese (at room temperature) and 1/4 cup sugar until smooth.
