Oven Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew beef, cut in cubes
    potatoes, cubed large
    celery and carrots, chunks
    onions
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 Tbsp. Minute tapioca
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Pour 1 package Lipton onion soup mix over all.
    Cover casserole with heavy foil, then lid, to seal.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 5 hours or bake at 350\u00b0 for 3 hours (I found 5 hours is best).
    Do not open to look in while baking!
