Apple Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. fresh chopped apple
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1/2 c. cold coffee
1 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. flour

Preparation

Cream sugar and shortening.
Add remaining ingredients in order given.
Bake in muffin pans at 375\u00b0 until done.
